Returns are exchangeable on a 1 to 1 basis or credits to be used for the next purchase. Clients are advised to check their goods upon receiving to make sure they are in good condition and order. We are not liable if goods turn defective (eg, mouldy, glue no longer sticky) after delivery to customer due to humidity levels during long term storage. There will be no refund for transportation charges after good/s have been delivered.
You can amend the order by simply calling our Mononos Hotline 6802 3084 and quote your order number to the sales person and inform her on the amendment required. We can amend the order as long as we receive the call before 4.00pm on that day of order placement.
If product is out of stock, we reserve the right to change the delivery date. The customer service staff will contact you regarding the changes by any mode of communication we deem suitable.
Cancellation by Mononos
Mononos reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. Such cancellation might be due to limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems of customer's serious outstanding payment identified by our accounts department or other reasons. Furthermore, we reserve the right to require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact the customer if any order is cancelled or if additional information is required.
Cancellation by Customer
In the event that the customer requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations at its sole discretion. Cancelled orders may be subjected to a cancellation charge of 50% of the invoice value. If we receive a cancellation request and the order has not been processed, we will cancel the order. We are not able to cancel orders that have already been processed and delivered. Mononos, at its sole discretion, may decide whether an order has been processed or not.
Mononos warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Its liability under this warranty being limited to a replacement of, any defective product or parts or issue of credits for next purchase; Mononos shall not be liable for any consequential injuries or for claims for labour, loss of profit, repairs, transportation or other expenses incidental to replacement of the material. And in the event of any defect in materials, workmanship or otherwise in any delivery/shipment, it should not be a ground for cancellation of the remainder of the order and contract.
Notice of products received in a damaged condition shall be given to Mononos within ten (10) days after delivery/shipping thereof, but the same shall not be returned to Mononos until after notification to the carrier and inspection and examination thereof by a representative of the carrier and an inspection and examination by a representative of Mononos.
The warranty shall not apply to and shall be void against any products which have been subject to misuse, misapplication, modifications or tampering or any products which have been damaged by the negligence or wilful default of the user.
Any claim against Mononos by a purchaser of its products arising out of the condition or quality of said products shall be made in writing to Mononos within ten (10) days of the delivery/shipment of said goods and merchandise and a failure to present such claim within the said ten (10) days shall constitute a waiver of such claim.
