How long can I store my products in your warehouse?
Our customer usually store their orders with us and when they need to have their product for any exhibition, they will drop us an official email to have the item withdrawn out from the warehouse and sent to their location. Charges for deliveries varies from the weight and the size of the item. You can contact us at email@example.com for more information.
How do I do an exchange for defective?
All our bags and products manufacture inhouse are covered under a 6 month to 1 year warranty. If anytime, you realise that the product has manufacturing defects, do feel free to email us and we will be more than glad to do a one for one exchange for your item at no additional cost.
I would like to customised bags for my company, how do I placed an order ?
To place an order, you may send us an enquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org with information like

- Artwork to be printed on the bags

Are Samples Chargable?
For our regular customer who has request samples from us, we would provide samples of what we have done for other customer as references. There are times when you would like to see how your brand would look like on the bags, We will usually provide free digital mock up for your approval. Upon confirmation of order, we will then provide a free sample based on the digital artwork. Sample production time will take 7-10 working days Actual production time will take 25 working days. What type of files do we need to provide?
To customised an artwork on the bag, we would require AI Illustrator Raw working file. We will not be able to accept Jpg file saved in AI or Jpg file that is less than 300dpi. We can accept PNG file but it has to be high resolution with no less than 300dpi. If you would like help from our designer, we will be able to provide free redrawing of logo and artwork. (charges may applies)

Can we have your sales consultant visit us?
Yes, We would be more than glad to come by to your office to listen to your needs. Our sales consultant are very well trained in technical knowledge, so feel free to ask alot of questions and if you want to take a look at the samples that we have done for other customer. Just feel free to ask!
What are International standards for bag manufacturing?
International standards for bags are +- 3-5% This refers to the standard set on the below should not exceed more than +-3-5% differences. anything that is more than 5% are not acceptable and falls under defectives

What are the MOQ?
The MOQ for bags are 500 pcs, any orders below 500 pcs would have a mould charge that is tag to it. Mould charge are charges that occures from printing cost and its usually one time charge. Do take note that if your print require 4 different colours then your mould charge would be x 4, hence a different type of printing method will be suggested to you in order for it to be cost effective.
