Decided to try something new for a doorgift for my wedding, and initiated discussions with Ora from Mononos. She was professional and was able to value add to the ideas in our discussion and eventually come to a product (customised cotton tote bag with silkscreen print) that was exceeding expectation in quality and within a reasonable budget. Service was top class by Ora and Joanne, and quality was superior even to the level of symmetry and how the ribbons were tied, All in all, well done Mononos ~ 2015
